The Devil’s Box

The Devil’s Box is a punk rock, revisionist-western take on playing fiddle tunes from around the world. Two-beat Cajun stomps, break-neck bluegrass, haunting Gypsy laments, and cranked out Celtic jigs all get twisted, bent, and melted down to become burning masses of fiddle heat.

For all lovers of folk, rock, jazz and exciting lively music, the Devil’s Box can appear as Solo Fiddle, Fiddle & Percussion, and Fiddle & Percussion & Bass.

“I planned most of my wedding over the phone since it was a "destination" wedding in Santa Barbara. So, I really had to pay attention to reviews, phone conversations and my gut instinct. I found TeaHouse through reviews and general searching, and once again scored big. Sherri responded to me right away and kept in touch via email and phone until I decided on what to do. We opted for a spanish guitarist for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and it was beautiful. Everyone thought it was an amazing touch, and loved the music. Price wise, there are cheaper options out there, but after talking to some of them I knew it wasn't worth the risk. Teahouse is awesome, on time, and talented. Use them!!!”
